What Do First Graders Do?

For the last two years on the first day of school I like to read, 

it reminds me of the book Jitter Juice that the children read in kindergarten.  Anyways the children always have lots of questions about what will happen in our first grade year. 

On the first day of school I think to myself, it sure would be nice to have a book to show them what happens in my first grade class.  

Well last year I had my class write a story for me to share with the new first graders.  We based it on the adorable book by Mary Engelbreit, What Kids Do.

I am excited about the project.  I think it is a nice keepsake and reminder of my 2014 class.  I am already trying to think of what would be a fun class book for my new class.
