Whales

This week in my classroom we are learning about whales.  I love this picture from Finding Nemo!

I love this week because I get to read three wonderful stories that I have read to my little ones for years:

I even purchased the Reading Rainbow version of this years ago on VHS.
My little ones watched in it in silences today.  They were so interested!

I found this poem about the gray whale years ago that we added to our poetry notebook.
