Mo Willems' new book is out! My little ones will be so excited! My little ones love Mo Willems books I can not stress this enough. I started with just a few in my class and each time I stop at Barnes and Noble I pick up another one and they go crazy for it.
On Monday I told them to pick out any book in the classroom that they would like to read to me and they all picked out a Mo Willems book. Really I am not joking!
Their favorite app is, Don't Let the Pigeon Run This App!
When I was working on my project for the Teachers Who Care Project I asked my little ones what book they thought the kindergarteners would like and they all said the pigeon and piggie books.
Just today I noticed on Mo Willem's blog there was a link for teachers and it took me to an Event Kit. Click Here to Find It.
There are event kits for the Piggie and Gerald Books and The Pigeon Books all on the same page. The kits are amazing.
Great Ideas and coloring pages for a variety of ages.

My kids are obsessed with Mo Willems. It's a fight over who gets the Piggie and Elephant books or the pigeon books in their book bags each week. I'm suppose to be getting the duckling gets a cookie this week from Amazon. I'll have to check out his event packet. Thanks for sharing.
