Under the Sea Apps & Free App

My ipad station is very popular in my classroom.  My little ones love playing on the ipad.  We have a checklist to make sure that everyone gets a turn.   I try to keep it interesting by finding apps that go along with what we are learning.  This week,  I purchased several new apps for my Under the Sea Unit.  I thought I would share.

This app is more for my advanced kindergarteners.  There are separate apps for language arts and math.  Each app is .99 cents. 

What I like about this app is that there is a report section where I can see how my advanced little ones did on the activities. 

This Byron Barton book is the best buy.  An entire story for .99cents.  Very Cute :)

The Magic School Bus: Ocean Floor is very interactive.   This is more expensive because it is Scholastic 7.99.   I hope my little ones will love it.

The Marine Life HD app.  This  app is .99.  I think it is an excellent resource app.  I am going to use it to when my little ones have questions.  It has a lot of facts.  I can also send my advanced readers to this app to read on their own.

The Coral Reef Hideaway is .99 cents.  It is a book.  There is not a lot to interact with,  however it is a beautiful story.  I could not get a good link for this app,  just type the title in the search area at the app store.
